Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual, submitting an application on the website https://sdf-solutions.com/, through the contact forms on the site, acting freely, by their own free will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, gives their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to Lysenok Nikita Ilyich (info@sdf-solutions.com, +7(909)999-11-25), who owns the site https://sdf-solutions.com/ and who is registered at: Moscow, Uglichskaya str. 15, on the following conditions:

7. In case of withdrawal of the Consent by You or Your representative Lysenok Nikita Ilyich is entitled to continue processing personal data without the consent if there are the grounds specified in paragraphs 2 – 11 of paragraph 1 of Article 6, paragraph 2 of Article 10 and paragraph 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006.
8. This consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraph 6 and paragraph 7 of the Consent.
